My 8 year old son has done drum lessons with Jeff at the Lynnwood location for 9 months now and he loves it! Jeff has been a wonderful teacher, making the lessons engaging, showing patience on the days where my son was having problems focusing. Jeff was always checking in with my son and adjusting his practice at home to things that excited him (assigning rock songs to play along with or working on a new beat…). Would highly recommend Jeff to any age or level. We loved that Jeff still plays and has gigs on the weekend. My son enjoyed hearing the different opportunities Jeff’s band had throughout the year.

In addition, 4/4 music has been the best organization communication-wise. I don’t say that lightly either. As a busy parent the fact that I can get a quick response via email (usually within minutes!) or pick up the phone and get a live person – it’s wonderful! When we’ve had to miss a lesson they have been cheerful and helpful in finding a makeup spot for us. Prior to joining 4/4 music we tried the other (big name) music place and I was frequently disappointed with their makeup lesson policy and their lack of caring when communicating. Not at 4/4 music! They are always cheerful and understanding and it felt like they truly wanted to help me fit lessons into our family’s busy schedule.

We have wonderful experience with 4/4 school, Lynnwood. My son (12 years) has been taking guitar and drum lessons from Ryan Casper for the last 5 years. Ryan is a great teacher for my son, who makes each class so enjoyable for him. His encouragement and support make him to be very confident and now he is a part of choirs and bands.
My daughter (8 years old) recently started with Amy for the piano class as well. Amy is very talented, friendly and a wonderful teacher for my daughter. Thank you, Ryan & Amy, you both are amazing!
Very glad to be part of this school and I recommend anyone to choose this school to explore in music world!
My 6 year old daughter goes here for Drum lessons. Her teacher Paul is an accomplished musician and never fails to make her day. He encourages her but is sure to keep her on task. He is fun with his instruction and always has so much patience for my carefree talkative little girl. He even invites us to his gigs so my daughter can see what her future can sound like if she stays disciplined with her practice. It really is the highlight of her week to go. The staff is fun and friendly as well and the place is clean and you can tell how serious they are about teaching music. We love going!
