Amazing experience throughout our time with 7 Academy so far.

Staff are extremely welcoming of all abilities and welcome both neurotypical and SEN children with open arms. My son is autistic and non-verbal but his face says it all both when we arrive and leave the studio and staff are always willing to answer any questions or queries. Definitely a 10/10 service! I cannot recommend 7 Academy enough!

Why’s my child sat crying in my car?

Let’s talk about why? 7 Academy of Performing Arts
We’ve arrived ready for panto, no staff from the school (of course they were late, would you expect anything less?!) once inside another parent told us that she had concerns that something wasn’t right. The Telford theatre manger came over to say we needed 6 children, we had 3. Other dance schools had 8+ children (extra children for sickness, injuries and cancellations) 7 academy, staff arrived in the end and blamed 2 children for dropping out and not themselves for not having cover like each other schools.

While we were all dealing with crying children the teachers stayed in a room and wouldn’t come out to talk to the children. After 5 cancelled private lessons, Cancelled dance lessons, and lack of communication, we have decided that we can not continue to put our child through the disappointment that comes along with 7 Academy.

We are now moving on to a dance school that will commit to the children, the way the children commit to them. The way they each deserve .

7 Academy of Performing Arts, now advise I can not cancel as I’m in contract? Are you joking? Direct debit is cancelled.

We would like to thank the theatre manager of Telford Theatre , for showing empathy for the children (she just couldn’t make it would with the lack of commitment from the dance school).

Ben and his team at 7 Academy are an amazing bunch of people. Ben’s enthusiasm, passion, dedication and commitment to his students are to be applauded and highly praised. My daughter thoroughly enjoys her dance classes and her confidence and ability have increased since she joined 7 Academy in October 2019. She loved doing the show in February last year and is really excited about the next one. The current Zoom classes are really good but you can’t beat being in the actual studio and Lucy is really looking forward to classes resuming at the studio as I am sure all students are and Team 7 especially. The communication with parents is also excellent. A huge well done and thumbs up to Ben and his team. Keep up the fantastic work.

My daughter has been a student of 7 Academy for just over 7 months, transitioning to a new dance school was such a scary move for us but the 7 Academy team made her feel at home from the moment she stepped through the studio doors. She receives high quality training within a fun and caring environment. My daughter has been included in all the extras as if she has been there years, including master classes with industry pros, regulated exams and now is looking forward to her first competition and show with 7 Academy. If you want a professional but fun and loving environment (and non extortionate pricing!) then 7 Academy will be perfect for you

My daughter has been attending 7 Academy since her previous dance school closed down A few years ago. Since starting here she has experienced more types of dance within a friendly and professional environment. The staff are always friendly and available to talk to if you have any questions. As well as taking ballet,tap,modern,lyrical,acro,conditioning she has also been part of the festival team.
The annual show is amazing to watch and it’s so nice to see all the children’s happy faces on the stage. There is an annual awards evening where you get to see the children’s achievements as well and where no child is excluded.
