We picked this location for our daughter’s driver education course because of the reputation for being first responder owned and run. As my husband is a firefighter and I am a teacher, we are very concerned about safety and quality education. Classes and practice drivers were fine. However, when it came to her driver examination, our experience was completely different. She didn’t even get out of the parking lot before the examiner claimed she made an illegal maneuver and the instructor brake had to be applied, resulting in no scored skills. This is completely opposite of all the feedback she received in practice drives, and completely opposite of all our time driving with her. When I spoke with the owner about it, there was no customer service, care, or concern about it. To resolve this issue, I suggested he offered a free re-test before I reviewed his company publically. His response was there would be no conversation that would change his mind and claimed that I was trying to illegally coerce him. Furthermore, the morning after our exchange, we woke up to an email stating that our daughter’s online portal password had been changed to “testelsewhere”. When we tried logging in, we found that her entire account had been deleted. I felt bullied and that I had my $70 testing fee was taken from me. My husband is appalled that this owner is conducting his business this way under the first responder name. Our daughter tested just five days later at another business, passed with flying colors, and was praised for her safe and capable driving skills. Sadly, after reading the other responses of this business owner to negative reviews, I am sure that our experience will be spun to sound as if we were at fault. This business owner is not trustworthy. We highly suggest you take your money elsewhere.
I have called multiple times over the past few weeks for the number to have a busy message or just ring and go to voicemail. I have tried different times during the hours of operation with no luck. I feel bad for other parents trying to get there kids in and don’t understand how they are an operating business. Email link is broken too, so can’t even use that option.

In response to the owner comment that they are fairly certain that I’m attempting to contact the wrong school (is what I think they mean to say) Yes, as a very educated and 35+ year old adult, I’m certain I’m contacting the right school and number I have left my corresponding review too. Thank you.

Savanah is the greatest driving instructor and should be cloned and used as the driving instructor at every place you have to do a driving test….In every state. She made it extremely easy and also she is a great passenger and can be my Pilot or co pilot ANYTIME….Thank you Savanah
