The most worrible school year by far .. my son been attending this school since kindergarten (4 years now) the first year was ok the following few years were good he had excellent teachers I must say.. but this school year now 2016-2017 is by far the worse if they had a zero star ?? I would’ve picked it .. first off my son had about 5 different teachers so far this year the class was a mess the students ran the teacher .. my son and nephew was in the same class and they were horse playing a lot you know how boys are always going to be boys. I asked them to separate them and they wouldn’t but they kept calling me 5+ times a day when they played around in class .. but if your not going to separate them what do u want me to do I told them it was a problem if you guys dont want to solve it by separating them then there is nothing I can do .. they kept calling and iteruping me at wrk and a few times they called me to pick him up so that’s a day missed from work then it got to the point where they suspended my son for playing around so I said enough was enough tried to have a meeting with the principal and figure out how we could separate them the principal you never can get a hold of and that’s always invisible so they took my number and I never received a call so I called them and they always give me the run around and tell me the same thing over and over.. so they teacher before the one he was now passed away so they told the class and they all cried and broke down and had counselors come sit and spend time with the kids.. my son has never experienced lost of someone he is close to … so a few months go by after the man passed and one of the brilliant staff members and the principal divided to have once again another memorial service in the class again after they seen how hurt the kids were the first time and they didn’t think to ask was it ok if our kids attend or anything .. so I picked my son up and he was crying his eyes out and was shaking really bad one of the teachers said he ran into a corner balled up and had a break dwn that was the worst I have ever seen my son and his face was a mess eyes puffy and everything like why would u guys put the babies through that again months after u did it the first time I just don’t understand it my son suffers from mood disorders already and I don’t take him to furnerals or anything because he is not good with death at all .. I feel they should apologize to the kids and the parents for putting the kids through that when they should be at school learning not crying I could understand when they had to explain the first time that he passed and that’s why he was still not there but months later the second time no I don’t understand it what was the point my son has been suffering every since that day .. and us parents have to be home dealing with it .. today I seen her after I been chasing her all school year but really the last two weeks I been really calling and poping up seen her today she said she would call at 9am and still no call she is very unprofessional and seems she don’t care about parents concern or the kids .. and the staff in the office is the worse they have ever had they are very lazy and ignore people act like they will pass messages on but they don’t .. they dress very unprofessional and talk to they kids like they’re trash .. I hate it and I can’t wait until this school year is over because it will abosoulty be his last and other parents including my siblings that I talked into letting their kids go there said they will also be leaving after this year.. the staff just gets worse and worse by the year .. the only person that called and checked on my son after that happen was Mrs.p and she didn’t have nothing to do with the pop up meormial from HELL.. the principal Mrs.day that U don’t see in the day is a horrible leader and that’s not the way u set an example for the children nor staff .. ????????????????????? And they are behind tps they don’t teach them what they need to know for their ages ..I believe the principal is very selfish and inconsiderate asf
This school is poorly ran.
My son has been the victim of bullying time and again. Not once did I hear from the principle, the Dean or anybody. I finally got a call from his teacher, but this was only after months of abuse from the bullies. The only reason she called was because my son had a long deep gash in the side of his head from his forehead, to the botton of his eye. No kids involved were punished in in any way. Back when I was in school the Principal was the first to notify parents on both ends. The Administration at this school is extremely poor. The Principal and the Dean stand around the school in the morning as if they are important. They care nothing for the students. When I removed my son from the school, I got harassed by the truancy officer nearly everyday about his absences, yet I never heard from anyone about him being attacked everyday for MONTHS!!!!This school is not right. If you want your child to be educated in peace, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE.
