First, they are located above Patagonia on Union street so look for the elevator to the second floor. Its tucked away past conference rooms and other small offices and feels like its in a hotel hallway.
Inside its wall to wall classrooms with a small checkout desk in front. There are language books lining the wall too. I signed up and bought the necessary books to learn Korean and met up with the group class on Tuesday night. My Korean teacher was very patient and thoughtful in explaining sounds and pronouncements for me. I fully enjoyed the 1.5 hr class and look forward to keeping it up so I can finally understand my wife when shes mad at me.
Highly recommend this school.
The online format does not allow students to break into groups or do any of the activities or socializing that make language learning fun and motivating. In my experience, you just sit there the vast majority of the time waiting for the other students or listen to a teacher explain grammar that you could just Google or YouTube for free.
To be honest, why pay for an online zoom session with a bunch of students when you could get a one on one online tutor with italki for almost the same price?
