As a 54 year old retiree I’ve always wanted to have my real estate license but thought I may have missed my chance. Mr Pina (Noe) was quick to assure me I definitely had not.

As a recent graduate of the program I can highly recommend Pina Real Estate Academy. The three college level courses in this 15 weeks program meet the state of California requirement needed before you can take the state exam.

Looking back over the program I can say Noe’s teaching was always clear & concise and his teaching style always kept the material from being stale & dry. With his emphasis on making sure he’s preparing us to pass the state exam, he was always quick to highlight the information that is sure to be on the test.

Additionally, during these times of social distancing the convenience of remote learning is another huge plus, and I love that I’m able to continue access to the weekly teachings to keep me sharp until exam day.

While I reflect on the last 15 weeks I appreciated that Noe made himself available outside of the normal class times, and was pleasantly surprised when he assisted me with scheduling a Lifescan and making sure my application to take the state exam was filled out correctly.

As I continue to saturate myself in all things real estate, I feel this program has given me a solid foundation for passing the state exam. No matter how young or old you are, if you’re serious about getting your real estate license, Pina Real Estate Academy is your one stop shop!!!
