Instructors are great and really seem to try to connect to the kids. There hasn’t been much turnover in the instructors recently, either, which is nice. Admin staff on-site is friendly and engaging.

From a financial perspective it’s not ideal. When we first started there was a max of three kids per class. Now that’s up to four. Four kids for 30min means your swimmer is only in the pool for about 7min a class. Cancellation and makeup policies are rough, and in-person 30-day notice to withdraw is a pain. From their policies: “In order to cancel my child’s swim lessons, a completed withdrawal form must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the last lesson. Withdrawal forms can only be found at the front desk. Unfortunately, hand written letters or typed emails will not be accepted as a form of cancellation.”

I’m so in love with this place, it’s silly. Super safe with COVID precautions, the staff was amazing with my 5 month old. None of the throwing your baby in the deep end like you see on YouTube, this is definitely geared towards making everyone comfortable in the water. The instructor let us know everyone under 1 cries the first couple of lessons, and she was right, but it’s nice to know they already expect that and so do the other parents that are there!

Also, you get a ribbon at the end of the lesson, which is know is more for me than the 5 month old but I just can’t get over it.
