From the moment we stepped into the facility, we were impressed by its cleanliness and organization. The classrooms are well-equipped with age-appropriate toys, books, and learning materials. The outdoor play area is clean and has a variety of activities to keep the children engaged.

Michael was prompt in responding to an email inquiry about the facility. I was interested in learning more about the preschool program and security measures of the school. Michael could not understand these questions as I was repeating myself several times and he also found it funny that I asked about a waitlist.

I do not consider a parent being proactive about a waitlist funny at all. I found his demeanor very unprofessional on the phone.

I asked about security measures such as procedures they take for staffs background checks etc. he couldn’t answer this.

He could not answer the preschool program questions such as what that looks like at his facility.

I ended the conversation very short after becoming frustrated with this individual and very uncomfortable by his lack of professionalism. I would not leave my child here or even waste my time taking a tour.
