I personally feel that it is important to not just raise children to achieve great test scores and high grades but to help them become complete human beings. Blessed Sacrament has a rigorous curriculum and has achieved test scores competitive with other top Manhattan schools. However, SBS distinguishes itself from other schools as the students are all raised to become responsible members of the community. They are taught to embrace responsibility, how to respect and care for others and how to respect and care for themselves.
In this crazy world where all of life is getting played out on social media and other technology outlets, it is a welcome change to take my children to a school that in nurturing them as a person. They are taught values that mirror what I teach in the home. The parent population is strong as a community, along with the high-quality teaching staff.
I am proud to call Blessed Sacrament home for my two children for the last 3 years (starting PK4 through now 4th grade).
