Great school I recommend it to people but stay away from the mean girls/boys because you will get caught up in drama. There is also a lot of cussing so be warned. Never be late to school or else you will have to clean the tables in the cafeteria. Don’t throw food or else you will have to clean the tables. The wi-fi kinda sucks but it still works. I don’t understand why people get confused about the Iron “Horse” mascot thing. Our mascot is a jaguar because that’s what it is. It’s called Iron Horse Middle School because it’s right next to the iron Horse Trail. So the mascot doesn’t have to be a horse. The tutorial system is really good. Sometimes the tutorial is enrichment and sometimes it is extra help if you need it. My favorite tutorial is General Workshop because you can work on your HW. But if you forget to sign up, you have to hang out with the principal for tutorial. I like this school. IRON HORSE ROCKS!!!
Being at this school for almost 3 years, I’ve experienced a lot as a student, I’ve learned so many things, and i have made more friends then i can imagine. Most teachers I’ve had try their best to show their support to their students. Not many kids are pushed away from groups of friends unless they choose to do that they’re self. Ive seen the school try their hardest to develop itself for a better future for its students, and its won many awards for its “academic excellence”. I could not of asked for more support in my years of being in middle school as a student and i want to say thank you to Mrs. Dejesus for being the best math teacher I’ve ever had.
