I went to school here as a child. Thought it was going to be a great place to send my son. I thought the school in general was good place. But learned (well, my son did) that very quickly things weren’t like they used to be. Teachers used to actually be attentive to the kids. They used to actually CARE that your kids were prepared to move forward to the next grade. They would have parent conference’s to make a plan together to best help your child. I was told my son was doing well in math. I asked about getting extra help from his teacher and she told me that was considered favoritism and she could work with him any. That used to be part of their job! Now it’s just put them on pills as early as possible to make them quiet and docile for what they now call “teacher’s”.
I loved this school but l have to go to a Chicago school ????????
