I went here for both my driver lessons and my test for getting my license and had a terrible experience when it came to getting my license. The instructor was unprofessional and said things such as your doing to much. She had an attitude towards me and would shake her head and make sly remarks under her breath. It made nervous to drive and uncomfortable and Im completely unsatisfied with my experience here. I paid online around June 25th and had to call them more than 3 times for 4 days to get a call back so I can schedule my appointment. Definitely dont recommend this place. Your better off in the dmv and Ive heard of people having better experiences at the dmv then I did here.
I felt so horrible that my parents invested a lot of money to this place. I had no prior driving experience which was mentioned many times and I expressed that I am new to this and I dont have a drivers instinct and every instructor Ive ever had was very rude,aggressive,impatient, disengaged, I was literally brought to tears and apparently Im not the only one that experienced this. The instructor/ owner has said that she hates when people cry on her ??? Which clearly means shes the issue and maybe should work on some things. I also noticed that she was very rude to me when my parents were not around. But whenever they were there she was so nice and almost a different person.
