Absolutely HORRIBLE! My son’s bus driver can arrive anywhere from 7:05-8:10 when the original set time was at 7:29 am. Not only is there absolutely no communication requiring us to wait over an hour at the bus stop, in the case that his bus arrives before that time frame (it has previously) it will not wait for him. You just have to hope and pray every morning that the bus driver doesn’t decide to randomly arrive earlier which it at times does. There is no way to be certain if you’ll make it to the bus that morning or not which is hell for full time parents. Not to mention getting ahold of anyone at the transportation services is impossible. If you have any other option than having your child ride one of their buses, TAKE IT!
Very rude when you call and they tell you they are over packed on buses which my child says the bus is not. Then late every single day to school sometimes its almost 8 am before showing up. This district is one of the worst Ive ever had to deal with. They need to be more professional dealing with our kids and a change of attitude when we call concerning our childs bus routes. They say they are short handed but yet have had all summer to get it right. Stop hiring lazy people and hire ones that will work and show up on time everyday. Not our kids fault to miss time at school because they dont show up on time. This causes kids to miss things in class they need. They need to do better
