Recommend NOT going to school here! There are many weird things going on there in my opinion. They are run in conjunction with a church and had my clients pay for services by donating to said church. There werent full sized products for us to do facials on clients and our kits seemed like random stuff off Amazon. I very much believe I was overcharged for a lot of things. When I requested to leave the school tried to make it really difficult for me, and after I was gone tried to hinder me from getting my license. They said I didnt pay tuition but I received a refund on departure. Almost everyone in my class had the same experience but most of them had it way worse. My own experience caused me to fall into a depression, lose my desire to continue practice for a long time, and really made me question the establishment that allowed this school to run.
My experience in the cosmetology program at BBOLM was a great one.The instructors are very knowledgeable and personable. The school hours were accommodating to my schedule and they had plenty of supplies for me to utilize so that I could reach my goal. Everyone was available for me when needed and very professional. The campus facilities are up to date and a great working environment. I also like the schools diversity in students. I was comfortable.They have payment plans that are easy to apply for as well. I would definitely recommend anyone to the schools many different programs they are offering such as cosmetology, esthetician, lash certification and more. Being that it is the most affordable cosmetology school in all of Texas. You wont regret it!
