Excellent high school and school district in so many ways. The community of North Canton is also very family and church oriented. This supports the school district’s emphasis on achievement with academics, extra curricular activities and good conduct of students. I really question some of the negative reviews about North Canton schools and Hoover High School. I wouldn’t assign a negative label to a community and school district just based on interaction with a select number of students. Remember, these are teenagers. What’s good is the right seeds are planted in North Canton with teaching the students there the value of education, character, and applying ourselves to any challenge.
Hoover high school has some of the best AP teachers in the State and is a fantastic school for children who want to achieve! They will push you but you will come into college well prepared! The school focuses on three areas…Academics, Arts and Athletics. If you want to be well educated…then this is the school for you!
