This school year has came with many challenges but Mrs Michelle at the Transp Center has been great! She has done an amazing job at communicating issues and changes to the best of her ability. Which is a huge improvement from last year!
There were last minute changes made and she and the bus drivers communicated the information to us quickly and effectively. I voiced my concerns about the changes and had an answer within 12 hours via email.
I appreciate the improvements made by the depart. of transportation this year. Their communication and problem solving had definitely improved!
My children were OVER AN HOUR LATE** coming home.. during that time I’m both calling them and their school trying to LOCATE MY CHILDREN!! it is 4:19 and the fact y’all CHOOSE and yes I said CHOOSE to IGNORE PHONE CALLS.. is absolutely Ridiculous!!! Over AN HOUR***<<<<<< I almost called the police because NO ONE IS RESPONDING both the damn school or transportation, called 12 times!! You going into the weekend is no excuse to be lazy! I am pissed! Government workers are THE WOOOOORST!!!
