Goodmorning I had an appointment for 11 30 am with Crystal and called 4 times beginning at 10 AM and left messages for Crystal to get directions because I was lost. Crystal returned none of my messages. I knew I would be late but decided to still show up so that I would figure out how to find it. Upon arrival at 12pm I introduced myself and the lady who greeted me identified herself as Crystal and was very unprofessional in her speech. Crystal stated she assumed I was not coming in at 11 30AM when I was not present. I expressed that I had left several messages beginning at 10AM to get directions etc and none of my calls were returned and that I came to locate the facility in person for future reference. She curtly stated that I should have rescheduled and that she was on lunch and walked away. I replied that I understood and that I was interested in rescheduling and she said I had to do so with the scheduling hotline and I did so. Upon exiting the facility I said to Crystal to have a good evening and she looked at me with no response and I left. Someone should speak to Crystal about being more customer service friendly her behavior is flabbergasting!
I showed up to my meeting with Crystal on time, another young man was waiting before me. A lady who worked there (I’m assuming is Crystal? I never got her name) came out didn’t know who I was and had me repeat my name a few times. I scheduled this meeting last week and it felt like she was not expecting me at all and didn’t even know I had an appointment.
The meeting area/office is open space so I got all my questions answered from listening to her speak with the guy before me. After 20 minutes I left, it just seemed like this driving school wouldn’t be a good fit for me right now.
