My daughter goes to this school and let me tell you what it was like. Don’t believe what they say about this school. Since the teachers don’t give you a chance or listen to you. They barely help you in anything or at least take your feelings into accountable. Plus for some students they provide too much help they don’t need and only help them. Never help the people who really need it. There are a few exceptions of teachers that are really nice and it gives you a chance to go to college. Other than that the majority of them are disrespectful bullies that need to be fired. Not too mention it barely even have extracurriculars. Since they only have 1 hour for extracurriculars. Along with the fact that this school used to be a second home for her, but now I don’t know what it is. Don’t believe me transfer your kid here yourself then you’ll see for yourself.
Complete chaos. The staff are not efficient and are incapable. The students are not learning and are not ready to learn. The classrooms are dirty with trash all over the place. They didn’t tell teachers which child needs extra help. All these problems started from the top. When you write to the principal, she never has the courtesy to reply. If you want to teach kids about respect, this principal has no respect for people in the first place. No wonder the students failed. This school’s commitment to education is the lowest of the low, worse than public schools I have seen in Mattapan. If you want your child to succeed as a person and academically, please do you and your family a favor, do NOT send your child to this school. I agreed with other reviewers about how bad this school is. Your child’s education is important; it’s not worth it.
