I took Early Childhood Education my Junior and Senior Year, my Junior Year was OK the only good thing I liked about that class it was an all girl class but we only had one gentlemen but only for the first semester. Because this was my first time taking that class it was a struggle, I couldnt turn in most of the work that was assigned because I was focusing on my home school assignments and was scheduled to go in the afternoon. My Senior was much better my schedule changed for me to go in the morning which was the only thing I liked about it. My previous teacher from my Junior year retired and I got switched over to a new teacher who was a lot different then my last teacher, I was good about turning in the work first semester but second semester was a struggle because I missed so many Lesson Plans that we were supposed to do for the preschool for three days and the paraprofessional that was in my class got mad at me because of that, I also procrastinated a bit since it was my last year.
But other that I do miss attending that class and it was fun working with the little kids.
I attended this school back in 2001. They tell you EXACTLY what you’re getting & it’s an ELECTIVE COURSE. They make it quite clear, they also allow you to learn business etiquette while attending, which is a major plus in the business industry. Each course is designed to assist your education and experience in the business world. I took Early Childhood Education and Development & excuse my lack of professionalism but I not only had the better instructor but she was hella bomb too. She made the class fun and super easy for all of us. The kiddos who became our students were a complete delight as well.
