This school/ Owner is fully aware of the reason behind the one star rating. Way too many Playground Incident reports at this school. Teachers/ Staff members failed to monitor children during outside play, truly awful.

Responding to Tanisha comment – That is very untrue. I’ve never informed any of your staff members that my child should not report an injury. That’s ridiculous. If you look at all your incident reports, you would see that all children including mine spoke up . Sounds like you guys had a meeting and are really covering up your staff negligent roles they played when not monitoring the children. That’s why you have so many injuries. Please take accountability for your staff. My child is NOW in a safe secure school with staff members who are actually alert and “SUPERVISE” ALL children. Something you and your staff need to learn. So please stop with the lies , your staff members failed us !!! Parents should not have to ask for incident reports, they should be provided same day or latest next day. Your entire staff lacks this basic concept of reporting injuries, notifying the parents. Example lip injury / no call no nothing . My child reported the incident to the teacher , they provided ice pack and still no report/ no call. During pick up your staff lied in my face and said nothing happen. You are empathetic and your staff is careless, negligent and irresponsible. Training for all administration, pre-k teachers and OWNER is a must. I’m glad your school is under investigation, it is necessary for the safety of these kids. This was not just an “ouchie” as you describe it. This was a severe soft tissue injury , that happen on you watch and your team lied about it and now you are trying to cover it up. Shame on you
