I absolutely LOVE this center for my son. I am a first time mom, so finding a center that checked all my boxes was very difficult. From the first time I met the Director, I had a great feeling about Park Bridge Academy. The inside and outside of the school are always clean, the kids seem happy and most importantly, you can tell the teachers love what they do! Communication is always clear. If something comes up I am always notified ahead of time and all my questions are answered promptly. As a parent, I love how convenient it is to check in on him via the app and see how his day is going. The teachers are always really good about sending pictures and videos along with updates. My son has already developed new skills and loves seeing his teachers smiling face in the morning! If you’re looking for a quality center with dedicated teachers and thorough communication, I highly recommend this center!!!
Do not send your children here please they cannot keep up with payments, staff, children or cleanliness. Everything is very unorganized and I was told they have mice. Youll constantly have to take off work to pick your child up early or stay the day with them because they are closed due to short staff. They will not log your payments in and tell you every week that you owe money. I took my son out because one day the entire staff quit which was very strange to me. One of the teachers told me a teacher got caught on camera by a parent hitting a child and their solution was to move the cameras to a more secretive place. Please save your money!!!
