The main building, center most is the oldest part. New additions occurred during my time with a wing on the north end of the school and a new gymnasium.
We were hard on the school by breaking glass with our baseballs, we played marbles, and we were introduced to an odd sport called soccer, we play basketball in yard. We had a great time growing up in the old neighborhood.
What the school looked like then was an oasis in the middle of a farming community changing into urban sprawl. Midday one could sit in the middle of the road for five minutes before a car would appear.
It all pasted like a blink in time.
