Dysart Unified School District, Surprise | Fees, Rankings, Address, Admission, Vacancies, Reviews & More

I was recently an employee of this district . I had no idea what I was getting myself into. All I know is that I left one district that was more then 30 miles away and my thought was to work closer to home. Well the first thing that concerned me was that they don’t pay you for your experience. So in that moment I should not have ever accepted employment. I rationalize with the idea that now I didn’t have to spend so much on gas it would even out. I’m a committed hard worker and where I had come from you could work as hard or hardly work it was up to you. Well my strategy was to work as much as I could so that I could afford my cost of leaving. I signed up for field trips, I decided to be a sped driver, and I was willing to work in other areas if necessary. I was utterly appalled at the fact they had already had their line up of people whom they would choose. What was most hurtful then that is the way they smiled at me I thought they really cared. I had so many bad experiences there in as little as 1 year 1/2. It reminded me of this saying to be aware of your surroundings. And with that being said I am no longer there after almost having heat stroke because they refused to accommodate me while driving a bus full of kids. I was fooled but not anymore. I’m not surprised that their reviews reveals so much concern and the real sad part is that I’m not even certain if anyone truly cares to do anything about it.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Such a JOKE this school district is. They say they are am A rated district but by what standards? They might be an A rated district in a 3rd world country! They don’t have their stuff together and their motto is preparing their students for the future that’s the BIGGEST JOKE I’VE EVER HEARD! Being prepared isn’t telling people the day before things are taking place. They can’t inform parents about school budgets and etc because they don’t even know and if they do know they don’t want to tell you because why in the world would they rather take a pay cut over some kids education that make sense (definitely speaking sarcastic) this district is just as bad as any of the ones in California if not worse. Where do tax dollars go if not into the school oh yeah that’s right into their own greedy pockets. THANKS DYSART SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR BEING GREEDY LIARS!!!!!!!!!!
