I’m a former student . My review isn’t gonna be any different than the last one , I got dropped from this program. I was planning on leaving this school anyway due to the teacher MS.MENDOZA. I’m gonna put this in nice words. She was a very unprofessional teacher and has so much favortism it’s truly insane. I kept my mouth shut most of the time but when it got completely out of control I would tell her something. Let me go on why I got dropped. Of course it’s a cosmetology center, filled with my peers of course some type of conversation is going to go on. Anyway the whole center was chatty and she comes up to me and tells me something. And writes me up and lies about the write up she said I told her not to talk to me and that I was rude and sassy. I asked myself is this for me or her? Lol. The students are great along with their work but the staff, the lady ms. Laura , ms. Mendoza , and the rop office lady ms. Marie, are horrible and should be fired. And replaced with understanding people. Worse highschool expierence ever I regret going here. If you’re going here for credits just hold it in and get your credits. If your going here to learn your profession please choose a better school. Any school is better than this one that’s forsure. Ms.mendoza thinks she’s better than everyone else cause she owns her own shop lol there was a former teacher there as well as she was cool asf yo like no lie and Mendoza got her fired and she would like laugh about it but of course that’s the way she is lol

There’s a teacher here named MS.mendoza who is extremely rude to her students and likes to argue with teenagers on irrelevant and very minuscule issues. most of the issues are ones she’s created by herself and the student not wanting to be involved with her drama. She even likes to start drama and anxiety with the other class, maybe she’s bored, but i heard other students say how she talks about her issues with other students to their peers and laughs by herself like it’s a joke to her. You can try to report her but I would suggest against it because she’s friends with the board members who will always take her side because she gives free gruesome haircuts to her higher ups. Reporting her often causes detriment to your education because the higher ups will not take you seriously if there’s a problem with another student or teacher. Ms MENDOZA does not know hot to teach at all she sits behind a desk and plays youtube videos for her students to learn by themselves and gets very frustrated when they ask for help. she assigns to much work that instead of students trying to learn hair they are trying to endlessly type definitions giving them no practicals. Truly a horrible teacher, needs to be fired and replaced for the welfare of the students and the future of the school.
