Hello my name is Jonathan Faria and i am a student from sunshine. I wanted to say that this school is one of the best schools ive been to and i have been going to this school for roughly 5yrs now, and the people here treat me as if i was there own child and they teach me the things i need to know and somethings that ordinary public schools dont teach u like the things you will need to know we ur an adult for example taxes. here at sunshine ive been happier than ever before since i was in public school especially because i was struggling in public school. so @iris Salinas everything you said was not true especially if your not a student here and some other students here have been here for along time as i have the teachers here are great and im not just saying that these people come everyday prepared and working hard to teach us and help us, for us to have a future as adults, and i need to point this out Maurizio is a loving and awesome person that cares and loves everyone and he helps everyone with everything and hes helping me be prepared for the college that i want to go to, and now Alexandra literately my second mom she works hard just like everyone else here and loves and gives advice to any who needs it. i love everyone here with all my heart and your son is telling you lies especially when its the other way around he was rude and was cursing and just over all just giving the teachers attitude and clearly if he has not been accepted to any other school its probably because he is rude and the other things i had listed above. thank you Sunshine for being there for me and now.???
Very sad experience with the people at Sunshine. The place is well kept, cozy, organized. I like the facility, I must say. As for the staff, at the beginning, it seemed like they really care, but very soon I realized all they care for is easy money. The owner, Mauricio, is a rude, cold, intolerant person that, in my opinion, has no business running a center for children. Alexandra doesn’t fall far behind. My son was there only for 9 days, after he was expelled from Sunshine, we tried Great Heights Academy. He didn’t last much longer than 9 days at Great Heights either, but I can tell you, parents, from first hand experience, that there is a world of difference in the approach and the way they treat students. At Sunshine I witnessed how they talk to their students and I know how they treated my son. We have been at three different centers in just a few months this year, and many others throughout my sons educational journey, and I can honestly say that Sunshine has been the worst experience. Stay away from Sunshine, unless kindness and empathy are not in your list, when shopping for the place where your children will spend the better part of their day.
