Wharton ISD has been on a downhill slope for years now. I graduated from Wharton years ago…when teachers were expected to teach and students were expected to learn. Too many parents out there now letting their kids do as they please…parents want to be friends with their kids…maybe it’s time for the parents to geow up and act like adults.
