I would do zero stars if possible. I came to get a root touch up and to have my hair re-toned. I walked in a platinum blonde and walked out a grey something. when I told them what was wrong I was told it was my fault that in the picture I showed them I was that color. Not only did I show then multiple pictures of my hair but I even had the name and number of the toner I used. There is no excuse for this. They also refused to do anything to fix it. Toner is only meant to be in your hair for 5 minutes as the most my toner was left in for 30 minutes. Also, after 30 minutes they still failed to have the toner cover my whole head. They said that I told the instructor that I wanted to be grey even though i did not talk to any instructor. Also, the student repeatedly left me. she had poor costumer service skills. She didn’t even tell me her name. Luckily I was able to get in to a salon that took the grey out but I am forced to be my natural color due to the damage they did to my hair. They also made me pay for it. Worst service ever
This place is amazing! I arrived and instructor was so nice and helped me figure out app on my phone for payment. Some of the students helped too. They were very professional by not taking their masks off. She took her time and the instructor helped her and taught her when she had any questions. My hair turned out great! Even if my hair did not turn out great, I would still be satisfied and come back. I chose to let students do my hair.

Note: people who give a bad review. You are going to a school. You have a 50/50 chance of your hair turning out right! Go to a salon and pay $140 if your that particular with your hair. If your hair turned out bad that’s on you!
It’s like giving a child a coloring book for first time and them not going outside the lines. These are students. For some it’s their very first time cutting or doing a chemical service.
