Some workers are exceptionally caring and understanding the director unfortunately is very rude. She was lying on the floor crying one day; she unfortunately believes she has to say something repeatedly and will call and harass you even if she has already posted and told to you. They are also strange about compliments if you voice something nice the director will call you and threaten to dismiss your child. Strangest daycare if you say nice things they say you said bad things. They will correct you when you complied with instructions. Sorta hard to make director happy. Definitely a place you would have to let voicemail answer so you know the mood of the director. I saw complaints before but I understand now for sure.
I have known the owner of this academy for 21 years.she was my daughters preschool teacher when she was 3 years old which was in 2003
fast forward to 2019 my daughter has worked for Mrs Brand at the Tyler location and learned so much from her that she is now interested in owing her own daycare. I have always trusted Mrs Brand with my one and only child since she was 3 yrs old and now as a 24 yr old adult my daughter still calls Mrs Brand for advice because she knows she will not steer her wrong and has her best interest at heart.. Mrs Brands academy is held to the utmost standards and I recommend it because of the love and care Mrs Brand has ALWAYS provided for the children entrusted in her care!
