THE single best flight school in Mississippi! I’ve trained at schools in PA, TN, and MS. Nothing compares to Circle S. I came in and finished up my instrument, got commercial, CFI, and CFI-I all in just 3 months. I wanted to fly everyday and I had no issues with scheduling, sometimes even flying 2 times a day. The instructors are young and super easy to bond with. Flying here is FUN!!!! They always invite students to come hang out at the airport or go for lunch. I’ve flown with all of them and they make you feel relaxed and confident in the plane. You would never know these planes are used at a flight school bc they are so well maintained. One of the owners is an A&P IA and he does all maintenance quickly so planes were never down more than a day. The prices are really fair (lowest in the area) and I never felt like I was being ripped off. Both owners are airlines pilots and provided a lot of guidance and insight into their careers. They have the flight school bc they love helping pilots, not to make money. This is the way every flight school should be run. I came in with just over 100 hours and finished with 280. My instrument finish up was $3352, commercial was $7101, CFI $2987, and CFI-I was $1253 (all totals including checkride fees). I can’t say enough good things about Circle S, DEFINITELY go check them out!!!

Wow! I am speechless at the service. I was in Starkville to pickup my kid from MSU and could not hot-start because of a weak battery. It was 6:30 PM (getting dark). I called Circle S (they were closed) but Bobby still came with his beautiful family (talk about Southern hospitality) and jumped started my Bonanza. When I offered payment, Bobby shrugged it off saying that he was helping a fellow pilot. Hats off to this service — you ROCK!!! Thank you. I would have been stranded in Starkville for the night if it had not been for ya’ll. Cannot thank you enough!!!
