What an incredible experience! Highly recommended for women who want to grow personally and professionally! Not just in the beauty profession. These inspiring Speakers/Women/Entrepreneurs were in a more personable setting. It is an experience to take advantage of! You will come out feeling ready to take over the world! I felt ready for the new career path I have chosen, ready to succeed in all aspects of Life. The great thing is that each speaker sought out the time to grab me aside and clarify any of my questions to better get to know me. They also reached out to me separately on their own to keep that relationship going and make me feel comfortable.

Amy was an incredible Hostess. She is truly someone I already admire because I do not know how she does it all ever since I was a student at CHIC STUDIO NYC 2020. She had the most wonderful gifts for us as well as setting up our itinerary and worksheets in a beautiful folder. I can truly say that Amy genuinely cares for each and every attendee that arrives for the CHIC RETREAT! She is also willing to share about her journey and her experiences.

I went on my own but I would recommend a retreat like this for a group of girlfriends, sisters, mother & daughter, etc. I would’ve loved sharing it with my mother, I think I will be doing that for the next one coming up in MARCH 2024.

One of the best investments I’ve ever made! Chic offers more affordable options compared to other makeup schools & makes sure students get all they can out of the courses. The instuctors do a great job teaching advanced techniques, hygiene practices, industry standards, & important business aspects that one wouldn’t learn (or learn as quickly) as a self-taught artist, or what you can’t learn from YouTube. I also appreciate being able to pick the instructors’ brains & learn more about what they know (as working artists) was most important for students to understand in the business & industry overall.

Students get hands-on practice in the classroom using real professional products/supplies and models provided by the school. The school also gives students a great makeup kit to both use in class & as a good starter kit for work. Another great benefit for students attending Chic Studios is the Chic Pro Community for Chic Graduates. As a recent grad myself, I’ve already received a couple of opportunities from the Pro Community! I’m so grateful for all the training & support Chic has given me! Definitely a great experience going to this school & would recommend for any aspiring artist or influencer!
