Imagine being hired by an insurance company that expected you to learn 2-4 weeks of adjuster licensing exam material and pass the test within one weeks time and the insurance company says you are not allow studying off the clock because it has to be reported as time. To make matters worse the vendor of the pre-licensing course divides the material into maybe 50 sections averaging 8-12 questions per section and requiring you to pass every single section with nothing less than 100% accuracy or you will not be allowed to view the next section. Oh, it gets worse, you are also forced to answer a 20 question quiz pertaining to how to navigate their site and what to not bother emailing their customer service about (which comes across like they are annoyed with responding to paying customers emails) which you are forced to waste precious time studying because if you don’t score 100% on that 20 question quiz you cannot move to the next sections where the actual course material starts and they also inserted a similar road block at the end of the course material prior to taking the pre-licensing portion. The requirement to have a perfect score to move on to the next section is not something I’ve seen with any other reputable pre-licensing course I’ve done in the past. I would honestly quit my job if I was ever forced to use this company for future licensing needs. To all the customers and potential customers, do yourself a favor and use Adjuster Pro or ExamFX for your pre-licensing needs instead. That’s just my opinion, I think I’m allowed to have one or at least freedom of speech in America.

The course was very helpful although I was still not doing well on practice exams when I finished it. Asked if I could obtain a copy of the book it was based on and was told I did not need it. Fortunately, a friend had a copy and that is what finally helped me pass the test on the first try! The book had more tests per chapter than the online course and I don’t think I would have passed without it. The school in general was great with customer service and quick response to questions and I would recommend them for your licensing studies.
