This review is for the owners Jamie and Brian Zilverberg and Manager Brian Baker. I had raised concerns in regards to the makeup policy and extended absence of the coach (which they decided to replace with a young inexperienced coach with no prior notice or communication to parents).

I was asked to contact the owners because the manager they have has no say in anything, so I called Brian Zilverberg to discuss those concerns.
Brian was extremely rude, unprofessional and short with his responses. When I also brought up an Incident that happened with my daughter during practice last week, he laughed at the incident instead of showing any understanding or compassion , which literally left me speechless for such unacceptable behavior.

I then called Jamie to discuss Brian’s attitude and she didn’t like that I complained about her husband so she decided to end our enrollment with the Castle Rock branch. She also accused me of “attacking” the manager even though the pool was full people that can attest to our conversation. She also lied and said the coach was not coming back but he’s still working his same schedule.

This whole team is a gang and extremely unprofessional. They unfortunately lack basic skills in client care, customer service and conflict resolution.

If you have concerns, please put your smiley face on and keep your concerns to yourself if you want to keep your kids enrolled.
No regrets on being kicked out of the school. Another swim school deserves our business and support.

From day one everyone has been wonderful and so helpful. My daughter swims with Ashley and I’m basically obsessed with her. She is such an outstanding teacher, she’s patient. She is encouraging and understands the day-to-day struggles of a four-year-old yet. She’s tough when she needs to be and she pushes the kids in all the right directions. And the kids love her as well. They trust her and feel very safe in her hands which makes their, learning experience and introduction into swimming so much better. I also love how the school does the monthly check-in‘s with the teacher, allowing us to touch base with the swim instructor and see where a kid is at. When they move one of the kiddos up a level, I love how special they make them feel by giving them the ribbon and all that jazz. it shows them that hard work pays off all in all. I’m very happy with our experience since we started attending swim lessons at Seif/Castle Rock again everybody from the front desk chill every instructor that we’ve interacted with or that my daughter is taking lessons from, but most specifically, Ashley has been beyond awesome!
