Worked here as Assistant Director for maybe 2 months and I have never been treated with such disrespect, or have I ever seen teachers be treated and talked about like they were. I have personally heard the CEO call all of them retarded. I watched more than 8 teachers walk out without notice, or not show up for work the next day. The management are not trained correctly, they admit kids up to their max ratio, no breakrooms (so you have to go sit in your car to eat), and you are advised to learn how to hold your bladder. There are no rules, no consequences for children to learn positive behavior, there is no stability for the children, there is no respect from management. I refused to be a part of that team, and I hope to turn away those who deserve to be treated better.
WARNING!…. Apple Tree is a “Wolf with sheep’s clothing”. Gone are the days when Apple Tree was True with the word of God: Love and Respect are out the window. Lies with Greed have now taken over a once on a time great day care. Your child will learn nothing about God. The only God time they will have is praying over their gross cheap meal. Bad Behavior goes unpunished, putting well behaved children at risk with bad role model children, and bullies. Staff is stressed, sick, overworked, and the CEO doesn’t CARE.
