St Mary star of the sea is the worst school ever!!! I transferred my kids their and he whole year they were there it was nothing but issues with other kids that go there. My daughter was bullied a lot and the school did nothing but always want to cover it up but you walk in the school with gym shoes or the wrong hair cut they sure want to make that a big deal. Not to mention the front office who annoys and you might as well say harasses your kids about he reason your late.. I mean your late your late no need to come on too strong but this school clearly does that well! I would never recommend this school to anyone save your money people!!!
Please dont send your kindergarten child to this school. My son and I had the worst experience with Ms. Gersch and her student aid. Ms. Gersch lacks patience and empathy for the children in her classroom. She is condescending and sarcastic towards her students. When I expressed my concerns to her she became very agitated and ended our conversation by walking away. The school principal dismissed the severity of it including other incidents that I had brought to her attention prior to this. Not worth your money. My son only ended up in this school due to my need to work and the closure of schools (COVID).
