My first contact was with Kenny. We spoke over the phone and via email. He was very responsive and efficient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I have disabilities and these were discussed and addressed in a professional and caring manner.
Big Mike and Little Mike were great instructors. They made sure to verify that everyone was aware of what was required. They kept it a light hearted yet professional experience. They answered questions and gave advice in how to properly correct mistakes.
Vee was a kind and caring woman that helped during the exercise to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable.
The facility, and environment were welcoming and clean. Water was provided to keep everyone hydrated. Breaks were taken to ensure everyone stayed healthy and alert. The equipment was kept safe at all times, with safety always being the top priority. This was a great experience, taking the basic rider course(required for the motorcycle endorsement).
If I ever needed their services again, I would happily return. The entire staff felt like a well bonded family and it was a great atmosphere and experience overall.
