Honestly I went there all 4 years, overall it’s not the best school to send your kids to, education is better in public schools. The good teachers that are at st Francis which isn’t much do not get appreciated as much. Sports on the other hand is very good but do not get funded as much as they should, mainly because they would rather buy a new tech item that looks really cool, and then advertise that to parents but later on won’t use any of it. sports have to run fundraisers which is a good thing because it does bring teammates close together! The guidance counselor is very rude and calls students names and spreads information about them to other teachers, she does not care much about where you want to go for college instead she constantly brings you down and tells you that your not good enough for colleges you want to go to, she wouldn’t make you feel good about yourself after you talk to her and constantly disregard how you feel. I did not feel as supported as I thought I would going to a smaller school. The 4 years I’ve spent there have not been the best in my education, sports was the only reason I stayed. I did not feel as supported as I thought I would going to a smaller school. I would not encourage sending your kids to go here. This is my honest review.
Saint Francis is a good school. I think it is hard for a public school kid to adjust because they really cater to kids with a disability. But, overall I give it 3 stars! You really just have to be careful of what you say to anyone because from my friend ethan mccains experience he said something fine to say in public school and he got expelled! So be careful what you say.
