They hit your kids, pull and tug at arms, ears and legs, they twist arms and put them on their back while they hit them in the face when they go into the restroom. They mentally and emotionally abuse children. Saying things like spoiled brat, stupid, crazy, no one loves you, no one wants to play with you and calling them annoying. Unless you can afford therapy for all of the abuse they will go thru, then take your child else where. Tracy throws kids on cots and encourages staff to pull at kids ears and squeeze their fingers when they hold their hands so on camera it seem harmless or seems like your kid is just trying to get away. Look for signs, tearing at ear drums, thumbprints on inner arm, bruising on back of head (especially if your child has a lot of hair) and hard time drawing or playing with play dough(fingers hurt excessively) also if they wear hoodies, look at under neck for redness (they yank them by the hood) jaylen also point finger in kids face and call them worthless and put them on timeout. Jaylen hides from the parents, I wonder why!

BEWARE !!!My daughter has been abused by Karen, a teacher in the toddler class. My daughter was yanked by her arm, yelled at (with hands pointed in her face), and shoved by this teacher. I originally asked my daughter be moved to a different class or a different teacher to be in the class. Instead of holding the teacher who abused my daughter accountable they continuously blamed a 1 year old. She was also forcefully slammed onto the nap time cot the day before. This is what lead me to view the sprout about video more often. This is no way to discipline a child. They refused to review video evidence and made up excuses to why they are not handling this. I am truly heartbroken. Even in shock that this is how they do business. This is something no parent should have to go through. Please continuously check in on your children and view the cameras. They try to play like everything is lovely, when they are super aggressive with your children.
