The lack of communication and transparency throughout the waiting period only added to the mounting frustration and anxiety experienced by both me and my. The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. I urge you to investigate the circumstances surrounding this incident promptly. It is crucial that measures are taken to prevent such extensive waiting times from occurring in the future.
