I called in at 3:00pm for a hair cut the woman on the phone said someone would be able to cut my hair. I arrived 25 mins later, and spoke with the front desk woman, she consulted a supervisor/ teacher right in front of me in Spanish ( he seemed to have an attitude when I walked in) and was told there is no one there to help me. I feel slightly discriminated against, if your gonna be rude & waste my time, just be rude over the phone save me the gas money. I will never be coming back here & I will never refer someone to learn or for their services.
I’m so glad I chose this school. I was a full time student in their nail course. The teachers and staff were so friendly, dedicated and passionate about teaching. I was the only Japanese at the time of my attendance, but I didn’t feel out of place at all. Everyone was from somewhere else and I truely enjoyed exchanging different cultures and languages and lunch boxes!! With their support, I learned, graduated, and passed the state board exam just in 4 months. I can not thank them enough!
