I don’t know what the issue is with the response times about the “WIOA” program ,but the counselors over that are horrible with response times. I have several people close to me including myself try to finalize information for the program but it takes weeks to respond . I guess since they not getting paid to help they take their time very rude and unprofessional
The facility is nice but the employees you first encounter can’t compare to the South Holland location.The receptionist was very rude and actually ignored me as I tried to ask a question. She was on the phone talking to her girlfriend. I stood there for 5 minutes and she acted as if no one was there. Really rude and unprofessional.
