My trainer kept body shaming me everytime I asked her better ways to not drown, she kept saying you are fat and thats why you are sinking, maybe you should lose some fat and it will help. and tbh I am not really obese with bmi of 25.1. She also assumed that the female friend with whom I joined the class was my partner and kept asking her very uncomfortable questions like You must be knowing how heavy he is, why is he drowning? Or How do you manage, you are very skinny , even though she said those things without any aggression or passive aggression, It was shocking to hear it. Overall her teaching was not good at all, but 2 star because it was cheap.
Highly recommended to anyone interested in Career Development.
