It’s a great place to work with people who actually care about you. I have a couple of close co workers here who help me out whenever something comes up. To advise me on what to do better and to cheer me on when I am doing something great. Everyone that works here cares about the kiddos that are under their care and the kiddos seem happy to be here. The owner Farrah Sonnenberg, tries her hardest to constantly make the working environment better and better with employ feed back. This might be the place where I stay working at forever!
Overall I feel as though the center staff are gossipy. I addressed a few concerns to a staff member and this were miss portrayed to another, making it seem like the issue I had was completely different than the one I had. Sam, one of the higher ups addressed my concerns however was condescending with how she addressed it. I feel like she didnt address or care about my concerns and spoke down to me. I do enjoy the other staff but I did not appreciate the gossipy mess of the staff between the staff and the senior.
