The negative reviews of this location are extremely true and majority of the positive reviews are from the teachers (I recognize the names). The comments of neglect, lack of care, failure to report injuries and incidents are all extremely true and valid. My son was severely injured with a head contusion, a blacken eye and a bruised cheek a teacher FAILED to report it and then lied to my face about the cause until confronted by staff. Not to add my son was allowed to go to sleep after the fall ignoring what should have been concussion protocol! I was told DAILY that my son was refusing to eat, often being over fed just apple sauce; he now attends a new school and is eating just fine. I would get reports that my son was feisty and would hit and bite, again at a new school and is sweet as pie and have had 0 incidents of the sort. To add insult to injury when I removed my son immediately to get him out of harms way, I was sent over a fee for withdrawing him 2 weeks early, as if my son wasn’t getting neglected and abused! Then was told they would generously waive one week for the trouble! This place isn’t built on Christian morals. If you’re looking for consistency, you can also throw that out the window, my son was there over a year and the amount of times he had to spend out of his classroom or with a different teacher is RIDICULOUS. They’re on their 3rd director in under a year which should scream volumes. This place isn’t built on Christian morals, it’s built on broken promises and danger! Please hear my pleas when I say choose a safer option for your babies. You can also go on yelp and see even more reviews of kids being injured and neglected! The positive reviews are coming from staff please don’t believe the hype like I did. PLEASE believe us parents! STAY AWAY! I’m reaching out now trying to spread word about how inhumane this place is!
As Christians and people of faith, we really wanted to like this corporation, but sadly they proved themselves a bad business. The location itself was fine. There were some wonderful staff, but upper management is all about money and absolutely not for what is true and right. We enrolled our child in a very specific program, but somehow they’ve charged us for an extended program. They refused to give us a full refund despite showing proof of our application documents. The claim is that they don’t have the documents on their end – the worst argument I’ve ever heard. By God’s grace we let it go and settled with their decision and remained kind and appreciative of the immediate staff even though there were some questionable incidents. My son was bitten 3 times, and two were within a two week span. The second was most severe. We constantly gave them grace and kindly asked the details of the incidents but we didn’t feel like they provided the assurance we needed as parents and they were rather defensive. Although we tried to stay, there were other unpleasant experiences, and for the sake of our child, we left. Hope this helps another parent make a sound decision before enrolling here.
