I reached out to Ms. Aziza Ibrahim on Tuesday, April 16, after seeing her post on the ALDC Facebook group about registering for the community bazaar. I inquired about the event’s inclusivity for vendors from other cities in Virginia, to which she confirmed without providing further details. Excited about the opportunity to showcase my products as a small business owner, I promptly paid the registration fee.

However, upon arrival at the event, I discovered that it was exclusively for those with ties to the school or residency in Prince William County. Despite investing $150, I was unable to make any sales as Ms. Aziza seemed to prioritize customers for vendors she was familiar with or had connections to. Feeling disillusioned and financially drained, I realized my lack of affiliation with the school left me at a disadvantage.

It’s disheartening that crucial event details weren’t clearly communicated upfront, either on the website, flyers, or during phone registration. This oversight not only resulted in wasted time and money but also left me questioning the integrity of the event’s organization. Transparency and accuracy in event promotion are paramount, and I believe the misleading information provided constitutes a form of fraud that warrants further investigation and reporting.

Came in to get some information and the lady Mujhaal was very nice and efficient with providing the information and answers to my questions. However when I tried to walk in the school their main door was not properly locked and which is a major privacy issue.
