My daughter has seizures and the school district or the teachers not taking it seriously. So I decided to pull her of school. Because she just had a MRI done over the weekend in Columbia. The school is aware of condition and she also in a special needs class also. My daughter just started back to to school in February of this year. Since she has return nothing but issues with the school she attends. Im fed up because she loves school but her safety comes first. Im tired of explaining things to her English teacher and health room staff. Everything thing is current on my end. She was dealing with this since2016 its on file this is her a very bright well mannered child waiting on to take her MRI last weekend.
I don’t understand why it is taking over a week to fax my daughter’s IEP to the new school, and they have the nerve to tell me they did when I’m at the school waiting on the very fax the lady said was sent. Instead of ruining my daughter’s education by stalling her enrollment, how about doing your job? (Oh, and no. There is still no fax and my daughter is still not in school) She needs to be in school and the incompetence/laziness is preventing her personal development. Starting a new IEP would result in my daughter missing the rest of the year, already asked.
