I’ve been to all 3 evms facilities and this one is the worst. I’ve had problems with front desk to ultrasound techs being rude. I’m sorry that you all have a hard time scheduling and overbook yourself on a daily basis but dont take it out on the patients. I’ll get called to warm me of a 2 hour wait for ultrasound because several “emergency” ones came in. Or just a 2 hour wait in general. The only reason I stuck with evms and didnt switch to Brentwood was because Dr. Heim. She is an amazing Dr. She is the only doctor I will see there. (No exaggeration) as for the facility itself it’s a mess. They need a new office manager to step and and turn this place around. Add a few more ultrasound techs and a few more drs to prevent that insane wait time. It’s making the evms group look bad. When you ask about wait times the front desk will get rude with you. They make you not excited to be pregnant. Again if it wasn’t for Dr. Heim I wouldn’t be there. And there’s several patients I’m sure that feel that way. She makes you feel wanted and excited about bringing a new life in this world.

Not a nice place at all, I had to go here because my normal clinic didn’t have the right equipment. The front desk had a attitude with me. They told me to come in early for my appointment and had me waiting up to an hour in a half as other women that came in after me went in. Then I went in and found out I was lied too twice, first time them telling me my husband would be able to go inside, and second me not being able to record my own visit. During this pandemic my husband can’t go into the clinic so u stop me recording? By the way u can’t use ur phone at all. Then after all was done I left and they was supposed to send my visit to my other clinic and they did not, my clinic tried calling and emailing and they still did nothing. If I could rate this clinic no stars I would. I hope I never have to go there again!
