Oops. Can’t make appointments online. Says, “Not available for any appointments.” Can’t change dates online. Walked in at 5:15 and told can’t do a ealkin cut. Too busy. NOT one customer was in the shop! I showed her my phone. She didn’t have an answer. I said you’re losing business. She didn’t care. “Owner lives over in the Valley.” LOL. Been coming here for years. Switching now to a competitor. No way to run a business, though. Surely, there are more like me walking away.
Every time I have been in to this salon, the staff acted angry that I dare walk in. Most the time they just tell you they aren’t taking anymore customers. I showed up before they opened once, two people were already ahead of me, after they were checked in, I was told I wouldn’t be seen until 1 PM. Good luck actually getting a haircut here.
