Do yourself a favor and take your pre-licensing course at The Real Estate School with Ms. Tawana Jackson. She is experienced, knowledgeable, engaging, and outright amazing. She kept the class upbeat, fun, and made sure that we comprehended the material and were set up for success in both passing the final and the PSI exam. I had initially found this school from google reviews and took a leap of faith that the 1+ hour drive from Baltimore everyday was worth it
let me tell you just how worth it it was. Thanks to Tawana I passed the exam with flying colors and am using the tools she gave us to prepare for the PSI exam, anticipating taking it in the new year. Her catch phrases ring in my head constantly when studying which makes it so simple to remember and understand the material. I cant say enough good things about this school, the owner, and the instructor. Good luck!
It was a nice experience for me in the school, lectures was on point. Miss Tawana the lecturer was awesome, she took her time to explain topics with scenarios that made more fun to understand. I will recommend this school to anyone interested in becoming a real estate agent
