I feel the need to share this as I was not aware before I enrolled my daughter into daycare here blindly without touring first. We just moved from GA to SC so I tried to have everything set up before we moved. You should go tour it FIRST. The daycare is very small. The office is small and chaotic. You can hardly shuffle past the admins desk and the other parents trying to get in and get out. The “daycare” area is one huge room. Literally no walls, no doors. Just divided up sections. It is a very old school that needs many updates. Their technology is nice and updated, but the actual building and location itself needs help. The outside looks completely run down. There is only one small playground which is not suitable for the little ones (my daughter is a toddler so this did her no good.) Also, they can’t use sunscreen on your child. Ive never in my life heard that from a daycare. I know every single Bright from the Start rule and violation and this was weird to me. The true reason I took my daughter out of this daycare after only one week is because she cried and clinched me every time we pulled into the parking lot in the morning or pick her up in the afternoon she acted as if I was saving her. And she’s never done that before. I paid the second week tuition and disenrolled without even sending my daughter in the second week. This is just an FYI because I wish I had read something like this before wasting $150 on registration fees plus two weeks of tuition.

As a mom of many- we have tried almost every daycare you can think of. I have also worked over 10 years in the industry, therefore I know personally how most daycares are run.

If you baby is sick and out a day or two, expect her to call and check on you and see what she can do to help. She has raised the bar when it comes to making a family feel welcome. No other facility can compare to the quality, professionalism and comfort my kids and I find at LPA. We absolutely love Cyndi, Robin, Lacey and the team!

My only regret? Not finding these ladies 10 years ago.
