My first 2018 visit through this year’s 2018 visits via front office; was they feel entitled to force the visitor or parent to start the conversation first. Too, avoid from being greeted with unpleasant vocal tones; I must always put on of the invisible softness gloves to coarsest their egos. Staff forget that the parent tax dollars, and residents pay their salaries; and they may contribute as well. But have settled in their comfort pocket—thus omitting all customer service etiquettes that is part of their position—lending only on their self observed guidance or the leadership directives—Ouch. These are my interacting experiences; I pray this will improve without unfavorable backlash. All other encounters in the school has been acceptable.
My children attend this school my youngest age 5 felt an hit his head on the floor I didn’t receive a phone call to make me aware of this incident so when I arrive to pick him up from school there was a knot on his forehead the size of a walnut I’m highly upset.
